Jasmine Tea

The parts of the jasmine plant used to prepare the tea are its dried or fresh flowers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping dessert spoon of dried jasmine flowers
  • 1 cup (of tea) of water

Preparation Method:

In a pot, place water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add the jasmine flowers to the hot water, cover, and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain and drink up to a maximum of 3 cups per day.

This tea can also be prepared using 1 jasmine tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes and then drink it while it’s still warm.
