Garlic and Lemon Tea

Garlic and lemon tea can be prepared using just garlic, lemon, and water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup of water (tea cup/mug size)

 

Instructions:

  1. Crush the clove of garlic and set it aside.
  2. Pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  3. After turning off the heat, add the crushed garlic and cover the pan, allowing it to steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, strain the liquid, add the lemon juice, mix well, and drink immediately.
