Rosemary Tea

Pure Ingredients:

  • 5 g (2 tablespoons) of fresh rosemary leaves
  • 250 ml of water

Traditional Method:

In a pot or kettle, bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add the rosemary to the hot water, cover, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and drink, unsweetened, 2 to 3 times a day, between meals.

Special Tip: Rosemary tea can also be applied to hair as a rinse after washing.

Benefits and Cautions

Rosemary tea is an aromatic and revitalizing infusion, rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It helps improve memory and concentration, stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the immune system, and aids digestion. Additionally, rosemary tea has an anti-inflammatory effect, helps combat physical and mental fatigue, and can be a natural ally in managing daily stress.

Contraindications:  Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people with hypertension, kidney problems, or those who use anticoagulants should avoid it or consume it only under medical supervision. Excessive use can cause gastrointestinal irritation, increased blood pressure, and adverse reactions. Therefore, it is best to consume it moderately and responsibly.
