Benefits and Cautions

Flower infusion tea is an aromatic beverage full of therapeutic properties that can vary depending on the flowers used, such as chamomile, lavender, hibiscus, or roses. In general, this tea is rich in antioxidants, promotes relaxation, helps manage anxiety, improves sleep quality, aids digestion, and strengthens immunity. Plus, its gentle, natural flavor makes the infusion an excellent choice for those seeking well-being and balance in their daily lives.

Despite the benefits, flower infusion tea may have contraindications depending on the flower you choose. People who are allergic to certain plants, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals taking specific medications should be cautious, as some flowers can cause adverse reactions or interactions. Excessive consumption can also lead to gastrointestinal discomfort. For this reason, it’s best to consume it in moderation and always seek professional guidance when necessary.
